Products and Availability
All flowers and products are seasonal and subject to availability. Because we work with living crops and natural growing conditions, substitutions may occur based on what is available at harvest time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.

Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once an order is placed.
 

Pickup, Delivery, and Events
Pickup, delivery, and event details will be communicated at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for missed pickups or deliveries. Flowers will not be left unattended.

Weather and Farming Conditions
Ice Moon Farms operates in all reasonable conditions; however, services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather or farming conditions, including storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions. No refunds are issued due to weather-related or farm-related changes.
 

Subscriptions
Subscription services are seasonal, limited, and subject to availability. Dates, pickup schedules, and offerings may shift due to farming conditions. All subscription sales are final with no cancellations or refunds.

Intellectual Property
All content, including images, branding, text, and materials on this website, is the property of Ice Moon Farms and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Ice Moon Farms is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or misuse arising from the use of our products or services. Flowers are not intended for consumption. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
