Cancellation & Refund Policy

All orders, preorders, and flower subscriptions are final once placed. Due to the nature of growing, harvesting, and planning seasonal flowers, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Flowers are perishable products, and all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Delivery Policy

We occasionally offer local delivery for select orders within our designated delivery area for an additional fee.

Unless otherwise specified, delivery times are not guaranteed. Someone must be available to receive your flowers at the scheduled delivery or pickup time. To preserve the quality of your bouquet, flowers will not be left unattended outdoors due to the weather conditions common in Southeast Texas. No exceptions will be made.

Flower Subscription Policy

Ice Moon Farms offers seasonal flower subscriptions during the Spring and Fall growing seasons. Subscription availability is limited, and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Because we work with locally grown, seasonal flowers, pickup or delivery dates may occasionally shift due to weather or farming conditions. We will communicate any necessary changes as soon as possible.

All flower subscription sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available once a subscription has been purchased.

Photography & Copyright Policy

All photographs, images, text, graphics, and other content featured on the Ice Moon Farms website, social media platforms, and marketing materials are the property of Ice Moon Farms unless otherwise stated and are protected by copyright laws.

Our content may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

We welcome personal sharing of our content on social media when properly credited to Ice Moon Farms.

Ice Moon Farms reserves the right to use photography taken at markets, events, or other business-related activities for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Weather Policy

The safety of our customers, our flowers, and our team is always our priority.

Markets, deliveries, pickups, and events may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather conditions, including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, storms, extreme heat, or unsafe travel conditions.

Should weather-related changes become necessary, we will communicate updates as soon as possible through social media, email, or direct contact when applicable.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related delays, schedule changes, or cancellations.

Gift Card & Rewards Policy

Gift cards, rewards cards, and certificates are valid for purchases made at the Ice Moon Farms market booth only unless otherwise specified. They may not be redeemed at other vendor locations, pop-up events, or third-party retailers.

Gift cards and rewards certificates:

• Have no cash value.

• Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

• May not be returned or refunded.

• Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless otherwise required by law.
