Your subscription bouquets will be available for pickup each Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at:Maison Muse 2415 Calder Ave- Beaumont. We'll send a reminder each week. Because our flowers are harvested and arranged specifically for our subscribers, bouquets must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window. We are unable to hold bouquets beyond the pickup day, and any bouquets not picked up will be considered forfeited. Refunds, credits, or replacement bouquets will not be provided for missed pickups. Growing With the Seasons Unlike imported flowers, our bouquets are grown right here on our farm in Southeast Texas and harvested according to the season. Weather, bloom timing, and other natural growing conditions occasionally require us to adjust our harvest schedule. Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions By purchasing a Flower Subscription from Ice Moon Farms, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Seasonal Product Our bouquets are made with fresh, seasonal flowers grown on our farm in Southeast Texas. Flower varieties, colors, sizes, and bouquet composition will vary throughout the season based on what is naturally blooming. Each bouquet is unique and reflects the beauty of the season. Schedule Changes Flower farming depends on weather, crop timing, and other natural growing conditions. Pickup dates are subject to change due to circumstances including, but not limited to, weather events, hurricanes, flooding, excessive heat, freezing temperatures, pests, disease, or other agricultural conditions beyond our control. If a schedule change becomes necessary, Ice Moon Farms will notify subscribers as soon as possible with the updated pickup date. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and accept that flexibility is part of supporting a local flower farm. Pickup Flower Subscription pickups take place each Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM at Maison Muse.Subscribers are responsible for picking up their bouquets during the designated pickup window.Because our bouquets are made with fresh, perishable flowers harvested specifically for each subscription, we are unable to hold bouquets after the scheduled pickup day. Bouquets not picked up during the designated pickup window will be considered forfeited. Ice Moon Farms does not offer refunds, credits, or replacement bouquets for missed pickups.
No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds All Flower Subscription purchases are final. Because our flowers are harvested specifically for each subscription, we do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds once a subscription has been purchased. Missed pickups, missed deliveries, failure to have someone available to receive a delivery, or schedule changes resulting from seasonal growing conditions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or replacement bouquets. Limitation of Liability Ice Moon Farms is not responsible for delays, changes, or the inability to fulfill scheduled pickup or delivery dates due to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, governmental actions, crop failure, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable subscription, except where otherwise required by law. Agreement By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You understand that you are purchasing a seasonal agricultural product, and that variations in flowers, harvest timing, and scheduling are a natural part of supporting a local flower farm.
